All products sold at Eureka are covered by the Distributor’sWarranty which takes effect from the date of purchase, and as per the terms and conditions of each Distributor. The warranty period is mentioned on the product price tag and the user manual. We recommend that you ask our sales staff for more information.
Product damage due to wrong usage (electrical sources, water leakage, repairs in unauthorized workshop, etc) will not be accepted under the warranty terms and conditions.
Product failure reported within two (2) days from the purchase date will be replaced with another product, and provided that it is confirmed that the warranty Terms and Conditions are applicable and no usage abuse or mishandling evidenced.
For product failure occurring after two(2) days from the purchase date, you should directly contact the distributor’s service center in Kuwait to get the product repaired. You can Contact Us to get the distributor’s service center locations and contact details.
To honor the Warranty Claim, you must retain with you and submit the Warranty Card or the Invoice as a proof to validate the authenticity of Warranty claim.
Eurekaprovides direct warranty and repair service at its Service Center for its own branded agencies and products, including but not limited to:

Kitchen Appliances (cooker, washer, refrigerator, … etc)
Small Domestic Kitchen Appliances(blender, mixer, vacuum cleaner, … etc)

Laptops and tablets
We shallinform customers of the repair cost estimate before repairing the item. An inspection cash deposit will be paid prior to repair, and this amount is not refundable if thecustomer does not wishto repair theproduct.Yet, if customer agreed to repair, then the deposit will be deducted from the Invoice.
We are not responsible for the loss of any software, personal data or application that may occur during the repair process.
Eureka is authorized to dispose of items that are not collected by customer after three months from the date of the Job Card (whether the product was repaired or not).
